A Manchester-based litigation finance firm is positioning itself at the forefront of the battle against cryptocurrency fraud, supporting over 1,000 victims in their quest for justice. IQuote Limited, an award-winning firm, has announced funding for legal cases that seek to recover losses sustained by individuals who fell victim to crypto scams. The firm is dedicating substantial financial resources, with cases worth between £10,000 and £10 million, and is committed to aiding clients in retrieving stolen assets or lost funds.

The initiative by IQuote comes amid an increasing number of high-profile cryptocurrency scams. Recently, a couple was sentenced for their role in a £5.7 million fraud involving fake crypto investments. Such cases are indicative of a larger trend in which unsuspecting investors are either tricked into transferring their crypto assets to fraudsters or misled into buying non-existent digital assets.

Craig Cornick, CEO and founder of IQuote, has expressed the firm’s dedication to providing justice to those impacted by these crimes. He noted the company’s mission to stay agile within the ever-evolving litigation landscape, tailoring funding solutions to the unique needs of clients in the digital age. “At IQuote, we are continually evolving our funding strategies to align with the rapidly changing dynamics of the legal landscape. We are dedicated to ensuring that victims receive the support they need to seek justice,” Mr Cornick stated.

With a reputation for innovation within legal finance, IQuote Limited was established in 2016 and has since carved out a distinct niche in litigation funding. The firm has grown to specialise in legal asset investment, disbursement funding, and operational expenditure loans, with a substantial focus on funding litigation involving cryptocurrency fraud. Backed by a team dedicated to leveraging advanced technology, including AI-driven tools, IQuote has supported over 45,000 cases to date, securing more than £110 million in recovered damages.

In addition to his work at IQuote, Mr Cornick has been recognised for his contributions to the regional business landscape. Recently voted Most Influential CEO of 2024 by CEO Monthly, he has also been involved in mentoring young entrepreneurs across Manchester, furthering his vision to drive innovation in the legal and financial sectors.

The rise of crypto-related fraud has placed new demands on the legal industry, requiring both expertise and funding to manage complex, tech-driven cases. Mr Cornick sees IQuote as playing a pivotal role in this emerging area. “We aim to be more than just a funding partner. By empowering law firms with financial and technical resources, we’re setting new benchmarks within the legal industry,” he explained. The firm’s approach has involved creating tailored solutions for legal clients while continuously monitoring industry trends to adapt and expand its services.

IQuote’s team also emphasises the importance of adaptability in their strategy. By focusing on modern technologies and AI, the firm intends to streamline its litigation processes and improve outcomes for clients, helping individuals who may otherwise be unable to pursue justice.

Looking to the future, Mr Cornick expressed optimism, crediting his team for IQuote’s success. “Through our strategic investments, we look forward to building on our achievements, strengthening our services, and, most importantly, supporting those who seek justice but lack the means to do so,” he said.

The firm’s ambitious plans underscore its commitment to supporting victims of crypto fraud as they navigate the often-daunting path to legal redress.
