Soft2Bet has released an exclusive film charting the remarkable journey of its founder and CEO, Uri Poliavich, from humble beginnings to leading a global iGaming firm.

The film highlights how Poliavich and his team transformed a small start-up into a company with multiple premium brands and over 16 international licences. It also explores his deep commitment to philanthropy, which he believes is fundamental to business success.

“I remember the feeling of hunger the most—not just hunger as a kid, but the hunger to change your life,” Poliavich says in the film, reflecting on his upbringing in Soviet Ukraine.

From start-up to industry leader

Soft2Bet began as a B2C brand, relying on third-party solutions, before rapidly expanding. The company now operates both B2C and B2B services, developing its own technology to drive innovation in the sector.

A key aspect of its growth has been the development of the Motivational Engineering Gaming Application (MEGA), a platform designed to enhance customer engagement through gamification. MEGA has played a crucial role in the company’s success, helping operators improve retention and user experience through data-driven insights.

“In the last couple of years, we’ve been incredibly successful, bringing the innovative solutions our customers are looking for,” Poliavich said. “We will continue to follow technological trends such as AI, content preference, and algorithms to grow our market share and attract new customers.”

Philanthropy at the heart of success

Beyond business, Poliavich has a strong focus on philanthropy, a principle he believes is integral to Soft2Bet’s mission.

In 2020, he founded The Yael Foundation, inspired by his wife, to support education in Jewish communities worldwide. The foundation now funds over 100 projects across 37 countries, benefiting 13,500 children through kindergartens, Sunday schools, and special education initiatives.

Soft2Bet has also launched Soft2Bet Invest, a $50m fund aimed at supporting growth-stage and established companies in the iGaming and casual gaming sectors. The fund prioritises firms leveraging AI, advanced traffic-generation methods, and user-experience innovations.

This combination of business growth and social responsibility, Poliavich says, is key to Soft2Bet’s long-term vision.

“Charity drives business,” he explains. “Success isn’t just about profit—it’s about making a meaningful impact.”

A vision for the future

As Soft2Bet continues to expand, its leadership remains focused on staying ahead of industry trends while maintaining a strong social mission.

With Poliavich at the helm, the company has not only redefined user engagement in the gambling industry but also set an example of how business and philanthropy can go hand in hand.

Soft2Bet’s latest initiatives reflect its ongoing commitment to innovation and community support, ensuring that its impact extends far beyond the gaming industry.
